Storage Instructions:
Store at room temperature in a breathable bag for up to 3 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze. To reheat a boule, simply place it on a baking rack in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C), lightly mist with water to help crisp the crust, and bake for 5-10 minutes until the crust is golden and the inside is warm and soft; for a particularly crispy crust, you can increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) for a shorter time.
